Unfortunately, there are many people who are second guessing themselves and thinking they’re not good enough. I’ve been there and it’s not fun! (Some days I’m still there) I decided something needed to change because having a pity party for myself just wasn’t the party I wanted to be part of. After learning from some amazing mentors, there was a constant thing they kept saying they did daily to get their minds right. - Place them where you can see them daily
- Sticky notes work wonders here! Place them on your bathroom mirror, computer or on the fridge. Make a cute design and print it out to frame and create a wall of affirmations in your office. Make it your phone background (we know you’re looking at that often throughout the day!)
