I don’t know about you but when it’s the holiday’s my family loves to make all the festive cocktail drinks. This Pomegranate Martini that my mom would make during Christmas time is the perfect cocktail to serve this holiday season!
I’m not the biggest fan of sweet cocktails so the mixture of the pomegranate juice, vodka and lime are the perfect mix! I remember when we would get to my mom’s during the holiday and the martini glasses were sitting out. I knew my favorite cocktail was about to be served. I’d say you could have this drink year round but I only have it during the holidays. It makes it that much more special!

A little forewarning for this recipe. I can’t be entirely certain if this is for one or two martini’s. I’ll let you guys be the judge of that one! It’s the holiday after all, right!?
