How many times have you found yourself searching through all of the latest and hottest diets determined that THIS will be the one, only to be left defeated when after only a few days later you’ve already “failed”. I’m sure it’s far too often that this happens to you. But what about taking into account the full picture of our lives and how all aspects can affect our wellness, not just the food we put in our body or how hard you worked out today.
This is why I am so thankful that I learned more of a Holistic approach to our health and wellness through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I hope to use this blog to share with you what I’ve learned. But most importantly, I want to share how we can create a life of balance!
