You guys know I love to stick to a consistent fitness routine. Which also means I have quite a few items that I can’t live without and neither should you! Here’s my ultimate gift guide for the fitness enthusiast on your christmas list this year! Spoiler alert – it can also be a gift to yourself because personally I feel the best gift we can give ourselves is to invest in our well-being!
- Yoga Mat – This is by far the number one thing I think any fitness enthusiast needs! Perfect for workouts when doing them at home. Or for any ab or exercises that require you to be on the floor. Of course the obvious reason, for yoga and mediation. I can never have too many yoga mats!
- Gym Bag – When you’re heading to the gym this bag is perfect to make sure you can have all the things you need in it.
- Weights – I love my variety of weights I have at home. I’m able to YouTube a quick workout I want to do, grab my weights and get to work. Let me tell you you can definitely get results from at home workouts and not always hitting the gym.
- Weight Rack – If you’re going to have your own home gym and weights you obviously need to keep them organized and looking good! The perfect thing to pair with your weight set.
- Running Shoes – Get rid of those old and overused gym shoes that have been used for everything and anything including the gym. Keep a pair that is dedicated to your fitness. Then you can be sure they’re staying fresh longer to enhance your workouts.
- Resistance Bands – they make look fun and tiny but wow do they pack a punch! These are great to add into any leg day or pilates workout.
- Foam Roller – You might hate me at first when you’re rolling out those sore muscles but once you manage to make it through a few minutes your body will be thanking me! The perfect fitness equipment to have when you’re pushing your body.
- Fitness Attire – It always seems easier to go the gym when you’ve got some fresh new fitness attire to show off! I also think the majority of my workout clothes are actually from old navy sooo I have to represent them!
- Dry Shampoo – Let’s face it, not everyday is wash your hair day. After a sweaty sesh at the gym, yoga studio or even at home, having this in your gym bag is a lifesaver when you need to get on with your day.
- Gift Card to the Spa – with all the hard work your special someone has been putting in with their fitness they deserve some time at the spa! A massage is a great way to work out those sore muscles that they’ve been working hard to build.
- Spin Bike – For the longest time I was terrified of these things. I literally just took my first spin class as a 31 year old. Now let me just say, I get the hype! If you’re not able to make it into the studio for the classes I’d highly suggest getting one at home. This is one sure way to build up a great sweat and get you into shape in no time.
- Water Bottle – Pro tip: you have to stay hydrated while you’re working out! I love this water bottle I was gifted from LuLuLemon. It keeps my water SUPER cold which is just what I love to turn to after a hard workout.
